Manage Templates

TezSign users can manage their templates on the templates list. These templates, which can be easily modified for frequently used documents, are a helpful way to increase efficiency. Additionally, transferring ownership or sharing them with your team can further streamline the process.


Step 01:

Toggle between different tabs to view the document status list.

Step 02:

Search for documents by document name or click on the 'filter' icons.

Step 03:

Narrow down your search by selecting a date range spanning the past 12 months.

Step 04:

You can click the 'Select' button to take action. Choose 'Add to Favorites' to add it to your Favorites list.

Step 05:

Select 'Share' to share the template with your team members.

Step 06:

Manage access by allowing users to view or edit the template.

Step 07:

Select 'View Activity' to see the template activity log.

Step 08:

Select 'Transfer Ownership' to transfer the template ownership. The transfer will be pending until the third party accepts.

Step 09:

Create a new folder to organize the templates list.

Step 10:

Select the folder.

Step 11:

Move the template into the folder.

Step 12:

Move the template into the folder.
