Bulk Send
The Bulk Send feature allows senders to distribute standardized documents simultaneously to multiple recipients. This is especially useful for transactions that require formal acknowledgment, such as new company policies or mass notifications.
While powerful, bulk sending carries some risks. Adequate preparation and testing are essential. Piloting a bulk send to a small group can help identify potential errors and inconsistencies before sending it to the entire recipient list.
Step 01:
In the Dashboard, click on the 'Create Document' button.
Step 02:
Under 'Create Document Cases', select 'Create Document'.
Step 03:
When creating a document, in 'Step 2: Add Recipients', you can use the 'Bulk Send' function to send it to multiple recipients.
Step 04:
You can add recipients by manually entering their information.
Step 05:
Or by selecting from your contact list.
Step 06:
Or download the CSV template and upload a CSV file.
Step 07:
The bulk recipients are successfully added under 'Step 4: Signing Order'.
