Advanced Workflow
TezSign Advanced Workflows enhance the basic functionality of TezSign by enabling users to create complex signing processes and automate document routing based on specific conditions and rules. These advanced workflows are designed to streamline the document signing process for more intricate business needs.
With Advanced Workflows, you can accelerate processes, gain added flexibility, and have greater control over your agreement workflows.
By using TezSign Advanced Workflows, you can derive more value from your agreement processes, enjoying improved speed, control, and flexibility.
Step 01:
In the Dashboard, click on the 'Create Document' button.
Step 02:
Under 'Create Document Cases', select 'Create Document'.
Step 03:
Under 'Step 4: Signing Order', you can click on the 'Advanced Workflow' button.
Step 04:
Enable the 'Signing Order'.
Step 05:
You can set the 'Parallel Signing' or 'Sequential Signing' workflow by right-clicking the recipient and choosing 'Unlink' to disconnect the lines from the nodes, or 'Delete' to remove the recipient permanently.
