Document Creation
File Hash Validation
With our File Hash Validation feature, signatories are required to upload the original document file before commencing the signing process. This robust measure ensures that the signatory digitally signs the exact document you initially provided, thereby safeguarding the authenticity, tamper-proof nature, and integrity of the document contents.
DID
A DID provides a unique identifier that can be used to verify a recipient's identity through their MetaMask wallet address. To utilize this feature, the recipient must install the MetaMask wallet, after which their MetaMask address can be shared with the document creator.
IC Blockchain
Through our IC Blockchain feature, transaction histories are recorded on the public IC blockchain, ensuring transparency for public auditing as required. Additionally, sensitive data will be masked to protect privacy.
TezSign has five distinct roles: Approver, Signer, Observer, Witness, and Delegator.
Each role has specific responsibilities and takes individual actions as part of the document signing process:

- Signer: The person responsible for signing the document.
- Observer: The individual who monitors the signing process without participating.
- Witness: The person who verifies the signing process and attests to its authenticity.
- Delegator: The person who assigns signing responsibilities to others.
Each role plays a unique part in ensuring the document is properly reviewed, signed, and authenticated.
