AI contract generator is a tool that automates the contract creation process through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, allowing businesses to generate contracts within seconds by prompting the AI.
Register as a TezSign member to regain access to the AI contract generator features.
Step 01:
Under the Top Navigation Bar, mouse over 'Contract Lib'.
Step 02:
Select 'Artificial Intelligence Generated Content' from the dropdown list.
Step 03:
You can select the contract type and section to generate AI-driven contracts by providing a detailed prompt.
Step 04:
AIGC will suggest sections that are missing from the contract.
Step 05:
AIGC will retrieve all sections and highlight recommended sections.
Step 06:
Click on the 'Edit' icon to modify the section's content or click on the 'Delete' icon to remove it.
Step 07:
Under 'Configuration', drag and drop to adjust the sequence of sections or add new sections.
Step 08:
Under 'Configuration', click the 'AIGC Generate Summary' button to select sections for summarization.
Step 09:
After generating the summary, you can scroll to view it or click the expand button to view it in full screen.
Step 10:
After reviewing the contract, you can download it or proceed to create a document or template.
